1. Data We Collect

- Account: email, name, avatar (via Google OAuth)
- Transactions: cart, orders, shipping address
- Payment: credit card handled directly by Stripe — we do NOT store full card numbers
1.2 Collected automatically
- Device: model, OS, app version
- Usage: browsing, clicks (anonymized)
- IP and session cookies
2. Purposes
- Core features (login, shopping, cashback, withdrawals)
- Payment processing and fulfillment
- Notifications and support
- Service improvement
- Legal compliance (AML, tax)
3. Sharing
We do NOT sell personal data. Shared only with:
- Stripe (payment, PCI-DSS encrypted)
- Google (OAuth token exchange)
- Vercel / Neon (Singapore) for hosting
- Authorities when legally required
4. Retention
- Account: while active; when you delete your account, we immediately remove your personal data and account record
- Orders: 7 years (tax, AML)
- Logs: 90 days
5. Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, export, withdraw consent.
Delete account: in the app go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. We immediately remove your personal data and retain anonymized transaction records for 7 years for tax and AML compliance, or you can email support@kee.my.
6. Children's Privacy
Not for users under 13.
7. Changes
Updates posted in-app and on website, effective 30 days after notice.
